How do I enable login with SSO and a Workplace password?

Workplace allows log in with a Workplace username and password or via SSO by integrating with identity providers (IdPs). Workplace also supports the ability to have some users log in with a Workplace password and some log in via SSO.
To enable log in with SSO and a Workplace password from your computer:
  1. From your News Feed, click Admin PanelAdmin Panel in the left menu.
  2. Click Security.
  3. Click Authentication and then select one or both options. You may be asked to enter your password first.
Allow users to log in via SSO without an email address
If you have enabled SSO, users can log into Workplace without their email address via Find your Workplace on the Workplace app.
As part of this process, users need to enter your organization’s Workplace subdomain.
If your users don’t know your organization’s subdomain, you can send them a link with the subdomain pre-populated. To do this, replace ANY-STRING with your organization’s subdomain in the following URL and share this with your users:
When users click this link, they will be taken to Find your Workplace with the subdomain already entered for them.
