How do I know if someone has marked themselves as safe on Workplace and how can I take action if they've specified that they need assistance?

A person may respond to a Safety Check with one of two responses: I'm Safe or I Need Assistance. Responses will update in the Status column of the crisis event page in real-time. You'll be able to filter this page based on the response type.
Every member of the safety team for the crisis in question will be sent an automatic email notifying them about people who've marked themselves as needing assistance, so you won't miss when this happens. System Admins can also configure a custom email for these emails via the Admin Panel > Safety Check settings page.
If someone marks themselves as needing assistance, you can click the chat icon next to their name to contact them directly via chat or reach out via any other communication method you choose.
